Students turn in the assignment without 1/3 of the requirements. 

Teacher asks where the other requirements are. 

Students say “what [requirements]?”.

Teacher says to look at the outline of the assignment as well as the example of how it should look.

Some students responses: “oh”

Other students responses: “I lost the outline.”
